Individual therapy sessions are $210 for a 53-minute appointment.

• In-Network Insurance: I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, UnitedHealth Care, and Medicare. Your cost per session depends on your specific plan. I can provide a courtesy benefits check to help you understand your coverage and out-of-pocket costs. To request an estimate, schedule an appointment and note that you’d like a benefits check on the scheduling form.

• Out-of-Network Clients: If your plan is out-of-network, check with your insurance provider to see if you have out-of-network mental health benefits. I can provide documentation (a superbill) to help you get reimbursed for eligible sessions.
