In-Person and Online Therapy

I provide individual therapy to clients age 18 years and older, both in-person and online — or a mix of both, whatever fits your life best. While I do not provide couples or family therapy, clients are always welcome to bring a support person (such as a spouse) if they wish.

My practice is intentionally designed with parents in mind. Babies and young children are always welcome to join you during sessions, and I keep a variety of child-friendly amenities (toys, a floor mat, and an activity center) to help care for them while we take care of you. Virtual sessions are equally flexible; little ones at home are no problem.
